Victoria has over 20 years of experience in promoting social justice through education. Her leadership in the SENCo role and as a consultant has empowered numerous teams in diverse educational settings. Victoria is passionate about enabling wellbeing and the value of strong home and school partnerships. Victoria's commitment to fostering a more inclusive and socially just society is evident through her research activities and volunteer work with parents for the National Autistic Society. By collaborating with educators and providing real-life examples, Victoria is able to facilitate the development of equitable learning communities for all.
