Sajid is the Principal of Kings’ School Al Barsha, a prestigious British International School in Dubai. He was appointed in 2023 after 15 years of leading schools with distinction in the UK, most notably as the founding CEO of the Prince Albert Community Trust in his home city of Birmingham. Sajid has a deep understanding of school improvement as well as the systems and processes required to run a school effectively. He is a leadership mentor and coach and has advised the Department for Education in England in various capacities. In 2019, Sajid was awarded the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to education Queen Elizabeth II.
