Rik is a dedicated advocate for inclusive education and currently serves as the SEND Lead at Judicium Education. A former teacher, SENDCO and senior leader, he brings experience across primary and secondary education. Rik has spearheaded best practices for supporting children with SEND and driven systemic change to improve outcomes. As part of safeguarding and pastoral teams, he has championed holistic approaches to child and family support. At Judicium, Rik collaborates with alternative provision, special and mainstream schools and trusts to strengthen inclusive cultures and develop effective strategies that enhance opportunities for all children.
