With 20 plus years of experience in the motor trade, Randeep is redefining what it means to succeed in a "man’s world." As a proud Sikh Indian woman, she has carved an inspiring path, becoming the only South Asian female to manage and grow an established garage workshop in the UK. 
Randeep's mission is to challenge the status quo and inject diversity into the motor trade by championing women of all backgrounds to pursue careers in automotive, creating a space for them to thrive, connect, and lead. 
Randeep is the creator of the Accelerate in Automotive which brings together women in the industry to network, support one another, and collaborate on breaking through those "concrete ceilings."
