Owen is the Chief Executive of The Howard Academy Trust, a post he has held since September 2019. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Owen was Finance and HR Director for The Howard Academy Trust and is a qualified teacher. Owen is passionate about school improvement and ensuring that all children get the best possible education offer from the education system.
