
Olivia Mottram is an experienced education leader with over 17 years of international experience across the UK, US, and UAE. She has held significant leadership roles, including head of primary, assistant head for inclusion, and deputy head – pastoral, in schools following UK, US and IB curricula. Currently based at Aldar Head Office, Olivia plays a pivotal role in school improvement planning and teacher professional development. She designs and delivers impactful training programs aimed at ensuring high-quality teaching and learning for all students. Olivia holds a BA in international history and politics, a PGCE in primary education, the NASENCO qualification, and a master’s in education. She is also a certified tribal inspector. Her career has been marked by a commitment to fostering inclusive excellence and empowering educators and school leaders.
