Mike has 20 years of experience in school leadership, working in economically challenged communities across London and Dorset. Alongside teaching, he wrote about education policy and classroom technology for The Guardian. After training through the Teach First Careers Leaders programme, he transitioned to careers consultancy, delivering training and founding The Careers Network. Mike now works as a consultant with the Careers and Enterprise Company.
