Mark is a dedicated advocate for student wellbeing, with extensive experience delivering workshops for students and athletes across the USA and Ireland. A speaker at The Mental Health & Wellbeing Summit and co-founder of the mental health charity Warriors of the Light, Mark holds degrees in education and communication, along with an MSc in positive psychology and coaching psychology, specialising in adult development. Currently the wellbeing coach at the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai, Mark empowers students to navigate challenges and equips them with the tools to thrive personally and academically.
