Louise is an independent consultant and her team supports schools, and organisations, across the middle east with school improvement. She manages a whole range of networks and has recently opened a training centre in Arjan. Previously with three outstanding Dubai schools, she is well-placed to implement strategic leadership and has written inclusion quality assurance frameworks. Louise is the international ambassador for SEND for The National College and Nasen.  She is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and is a facilitator on the NPQ SEND. Her company provides school improvement, technology and training to government, leaders, staff, parents and children. Louise has worked in Dubai for thirteen years, and Hong Kong for eight years. Prior to Dubai, Louise spent six years working in mainstream schools and a BESD school in England. Prior to teaching Louise spent 15 years in industry.
