Louise is an independent consultant, supporting schools, and organisations across the middle east with inclusion. She has recently opened a training centre in Motor City and has worked in Dubai for eleven years and Hong Kong for eight years. Previously with three outstanding Dubai schools, she is well-placed to understand strategic leadership and inspection frameworks. Louise was the inaugural British Schools Middle East Network Lead for inclusion and is now the international ambassador for SEND for The National College. She speaks internationally at conferences and is also an advocate of assistive technology. Prior to Dubai, Louise spent six years working in mainstream schools and a BESD School in England.
