Having qualified as a primary teacher in 2012, Lisa became deputy head and a maths SLE in 2015. She was then appointed principal of an outstanding primary school in 2017 which she led with her role as director of the teaching school. She has previously served as the deputy CEO of a MAT in Lancashire where she secured a proven track record in rapid school improvement. She has successfully completed the NPQEL and has been appointed a NLE in the most recent round of designations. Lisa is also a serving Ofsted inspector.
