Leilah support students with mild to moderate learning difficulties and additional needs, such as ASD, cerebral palsy, hemiplegia, and medical vulnerabilities. Guided by the Gatsby Benchmarks and the Skills Builder Essential Skills framework, I have developed a dynamic employability curriculum spanning from KS2 to Post 16.  

Leilah joined The Careers Network which has been transformative for development providing collaboration and support in a field that can often feel isolating. Through collective efforts, the network drives change in social mobility and promote greater inclusion, ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
