Karen is the Director and Trainer with No Whispers Community Interest Company which delivers training and awareness in child sexual exploitation, child criminal exploitation, county lines and safeguarding. With over 26 years as a Senior Youth Worker and Advanced Practitioner, Karen has dedicated her career to protecting vulnerable young people and empowering professionals and communities to break the silence around abuse. 
Karen is a national trainer for Talking Life Training and for Barnardo’s Training and Consultancy and has worked as the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Co-ordinator for Myerscough College and as a Regional Advisor for Barnardo’s National Counter Trafficking Centre. Karen's impactful work has earned her multiple accolades, including an Inspirational Women Award in 2024.
