June is a renowned leader in Early Years education, known for her pioneering LEYF Pedagogy for Social Justice and sustainable business model, which emphasise every child’s right to thrive regardless of background. An author, speaker, and social entrepreneur, she advises international governments and organisations on child poverty, social enterprise, and sustainability. She founded The Ofsted Big Conversation and has influenced policy through her work with key organizations like Ofsted and the Department for Education, as well as her contributions to reports such as the Social Covenant Report (2022). Honored with an MBE and OBE for her services to education, June has also received numerous awards, including the Social Enterprise UK Women’s Champion Award and Nursery World’s Lifetime Achievement Award (2024).
