Hannah Grange is an accomplished education leader with over 16 years of experience spanning diverse educational contexts. Prior to becoming a teacher, she gained valuable expertise working in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and a special school, laying a strong foundation in supporting students with varied needs. During her teaching career, Hannah held curriculum and intervention leadership roles across two different school trusts and served as an instructional coach for both newly qualified and experienced staff. Alongside her substantive post as a secondary English teacher, she partnered with a teacher training school, where she delivered subject specialist sessions and pedagogical support. She facilitates on the new NPQ SENCO course and has been published in the book Developing your Expertise as a SENCO.
Her work on a national literacy intervention strategy aimed to improve outcomes for disadvantaged students, demonstrating her commitment to equitable education. Moving internationally, Hannah took on roles as an inclusion lead, earned her NASENCo qualification, and expanded her expertise as a university and careers counsellor. She innovatively developed an alternative pathway from Nursery to Year 13, enabling students to showcase diverse achievements in their portfolios for higher education.
Currently, at Aldar Head Office, Hannah works in school inspection, improvement, and teacher training. She designs programmes that focus on delivering high-quality teaching for all students. Passionate about fostering inclusive excellence, she is eager to share insights on the outstanding teaching she has witnessed, led, and delivered throughout her career.
