Gemma is an accomplished international English as an additional language educator, teacher trainer, and educational leader. Throughout her career, she has taught and led in both private and government educational institutions, spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary levels across the globe – Italy, the UK, Hong Kong, and presently the UAE. Firmly rooted in her philosophy is the belief in the intrinsic connection between social-emotional learning and language acquisition. As a dedicated leader, Gemma currently heads up the EAL department at South View School, Dubai and is committed to nurturing lasting relationships and advancing programme excellence.
