With over 10 years of experience, Etab specialises in supporting students of determination, developing individualised education plans, and promoting inclusive strategies. As the Head of Inclusion at Al Dhafra Private School, she leads initiatives to support students effectively, train staff, and ensure compliance with UAE inclusion standards, fostering inclusive environments where all students can thrive. Etab hold a Master’s degree in Education, specialising in psychology, a diploma in special education from MTI Egypt, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has completed certifications in child protection and inclusive practices.
