Emma is at the helm relaunching AutoRaise, a charity which aims to close skills gaps and build apprenticeship opportunities in the automotive sector. Emma is passionate about empowering women to succeed in traditionally male environments and has won awards for her work supporting Engineering apprenticeships and their diversity. Her previous background is in Media and Higher Education and she is now utilising her experiences in these sectors to drive AutRaise forwards to create opportunities for young people and change the employment landscape in the industry.
