Her dedication led her to Birmingham, where she spent 15 transformative years teaching permanently excluded students and leading on inclusion and outreach programs in an Inner City PRU. Driven by her commitment to empowering schools and families, Emma founded Beacon School Support. Her mission is to equip schools with the tools they need to effectively address SEMH and behaviour challenges, fostering an environment where every student can succeed.
