Dr. Gulati is principal of The Millennium School, Dubai. With more than 25 years' experience in school leadership across schools in India and the UAE, Dr. Gulati has a zeal for making a difference in the lives of children. Though she began her career as an investment banker, she soon realised her passion for teaching and learning and for educational research. Dr. Gulati’s forte is in leading pedagogical transformation and inspiring her team to make shifts in their practice. Her grounding in research has shaped her belief that the underlying culture of a school strategically shifts the needle for sustained school improvement.
