Windsor Academy Trust (WAT) is a family of 12 schools located across the West Midlands. Claire sits on the trust's executive team and has overall responsibility for marketing and communications across the trust's family of schools. Claire also has strategic oversight of civic leadership - one of the trust's strategic 'big moves' - supporting schools with community engagement, leading civic partnerships and managing the WAT Community Foundation. Prior to joining WAT, Claire spent 18 years working in PR consultancies, providing strategic communications advice and support to national clients across a range of different sectors.
